Paul Mangum has worked for Transitions for a total of 18 years and worked “in the field” for over 30 years.  He was Transitions’ first employee!  Paul received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Idaho State University.  He loves to use humor when working with participants.  Paul enjoys the company culture at Transitions.  “Transitions is a very stable and ethical company.”  He particularly enjoys watching participants grow and make improvements; their humor and joy in life is a bonus!  Paul has the following certifications: Elementary Education, Special Education, Medication certified, and Right Response Advanced certification.

MiChelle Deveraux has worked for Transitions for over 19 years; she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Idaho State University.  MiChelle appreciates that Transitions strives to improve employee training to make sure staff know the best and latest teaching techniques based on research.  She loves to see the participants make progress in all areas of their lives.  She enjoys using arts and crafts as a means for teaching participants life skills and to encourage them to do “anything they set their mind to do.”  MiChelle enjoys knowing that at Transitions, she is part of a great team.  MiChelle is Medication certified and has received the Right Response Advanced certification.

Krista Roberts received her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Idaho State University.  She has worked with children with disabilities for more than 20 years and has been at Transitions for 12 years.  Krista loves the smiles the participants bring; they are a joy to work with and have fantastic personalities and amazing talents.  She also really appreciates that Transitions is employee oriented and understands family and personal needs.  She enjoys being active so she can keep up with children she sees.  Krista loves to cook and understands that healthy meals are essential for our participants to grow.  Krista has received multiple behavioral trainings over the past decade to ensure she meets requirements when our governing rules change.  She is Transitions Right Response instructor.
