Administrator
Program Manager

Tyler Dahlke
Tyler Dahlke has been the Administrator at Transitions since 2022; he remains the Children’s Program Manager. Tyler has worked for Transitions for more than 24 years; he received his bachelor’s degree in public health with a psychology minor from Idaho State University. Tyler loves the team approach at Transitions. He appreciates his coworkers and their expertise. Tyler loves to laugh with the participants and their families; their childlike wonder is refreshing. Tyler was a coach of multiple sports for over 20 years and enjoys integrating sports and games in therapy for participants. He has trained employees in behavioral and teaching techniques during his time with Transitions, making sure staff are equipped and certified for the services they provide.

Amy Brown
Amy Brown received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Idaho State University and her master’s degree in psychology from Grand Canyon University. She has worked with children and adults with disabilities for more than 25 years; her passion is working with children who have developmental challenges. Amy has worked at Transitions for over 12 years. She loves knowing that the services provided through Transitions employees matters. “We help kids and their families!” Amy appreciates seeing the children’s and parent’s faces when something “clicks” and they understand something new. Amy enjoys going for walks and sees this as a way to incorporate many aspects of therapy. She has been involved in multiple processes with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare to assist with making services for children the best they can be. Amy has trained behavior therapists across southeast Idaho to provide behavioral intervention for over 20 years.
